DEARBORN, Mich. – Greenfield Village will reopen for the season on Saturday, April 13, 2024, and there will be some new features.

The new features include a new restaurant and a revamped Greenfield Village Store. There will be an exclusive members-only preview on Friday, April 12.

Greenfield Village is introducing Stand 44, its newest restaurant. The food will be prepared from scratch with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant will open on May 1. It’s located next to the Detroit Central Market. It’s named after a stall in the market where Mary Judge sold items from 1863 until the market was dismantled in 1894.

The renovated Greenfield Village Store will offer an extensive quilting collection, new Detroit Central Market apparel and products that feature artwork by illustrator and graphic designer Humerto Cruz. Guests will be able to explore the Detroit, Toledo and Milwaukee Roundhouse, Dr. Howard’s Office and Grimm Jewelry Store for the first time since 2019.

Through May 20, Greenfield Village will be open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Starting May 21, Greenfield Village will operate seven days a week.
