MONROE, Mich. – A 28-year-old man died Sunday after he crashed his car into a home on Monroe Street in Monroe.
Police say the car was traveling southbound at around 6:50 a.m. when it left the roadway and hit the home on the west side of the street.
The woman living inside the home was not injured in the crash, though there is significant damage to the house. It's unknown what caused the crash, according to police.
Authorities say the man was pronounced dead at the hospital.
