DETROIT – Four people were injured Friday night at a Detroit block party when police say one or two suspects fired into the crowd.

The party, which included about 100 people, was happening on Stringham Court. Police said they were checking on it all night and there were no issues until the shooting.
Four people were hit by gunfire. Three went to Mercy Hospital down the street, and the other went to a liquor store in the 5600 block of Connor Street, where they were taken to the hospital.
Police say the victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and should be released from the hospital on Saturday.
There have been no arrests in connection to this shooting.
