DETROIT – A man whose body was found by a grass-cutting crew Tuesday morning on the side of I-75 near 7 Mile Road died from natural causes, Michigan State Police said.
MSP said it was waiting on the full report from the medical examiner's office.
The man might have been homeless, police said.
