DETROIT – The Heidelberg Project has released video of the arsonist who targeted its "Taxi House" last month.
The house, which has tires on the outside and paintings of cars, was badly damaged when it was set on fire Nov. 23.

The video shows someone with a hood pulled over their head pouring a substance on the back of the house before igniting it and fleeing.

The "Taxi House" fire was the 12th fire in 18 months at the Heidelberg Project.
Earlier this year, the project said it has installed several cameras remote monitoring and solar panel streetlights.
Tyree Guyton founded the project in 1986 as a response to urban decay. The sculpture park mixes vacant houses and empty yards with artistic themes.
