DETROIT – A Detroit man accused of spray-painting graffiti threats against officers and Detroit police Chief James Craig is facing several charges.
Stuart Horatio Lewis, 49, of Detroit, is charged with threat of terrorism, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and malicious destruction of a building.

Lewis was released from custody on Sunday pending the signing of a warrant and was re-arrested Monday.
It is alleged that Lewis spray painted “KILL ALL POLICE” and KILL JAMES CRAIG” on a commercial building in the 200 block of West State Fair Avenue in Detroit.
Lewis was arraigned Tuesday morning in 36th District Court. He was given a $25,000/10 percent bond.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for Nov. 1.
