DETROIT – A Detroit school bus got stuck in a pothole Wednesday afternoon near Joy Road and Dawes Street on the city's west side.
Detroit Public Schools said a First Student bus was dropping off a special needs student when the front tire got stuck in the hole.

The bus had been servicing students attending Noble School.
Another bus arrived to take the students home. No one was injured.
A tow truck removed the bus from the hole.
The hole looks more like a sinkhole than an average pothole. It's big enough to swallow a bus wheel.
