DETROIT – The DTE outage map is showing scattered power outages across Metro Detroit after the severe thunderstorms overnight.
Severe thunderstorm warnings were issued for Wayne, Monroe, Washtenaw and Lenawee counties. Most of southeast Michigan is under a severe thunderstorm watch until 4 a.m.

The outage map showed hundreds of people without power in areas near Brighton and Hamburg Township. There were also some outages reported near Northville and Novi, Romulus and west Detroit.
The largest reported outage is in the Grosse Pointe Woods area, where over 1,600 customers are reportedly without power.
