DETROIT – From 1982 to the early 90s, WDIV had a hilarious Halloween character named Count Scary!
Count Scary was a comical, stereotypical vampire. His catch phrase was "Ooooh, that's scary!" He provided laughs for the entire family during the Halloween season on WDIV. Check out some of his throwback moments below.
