Here's why Oprah Winfrey was in Michigan today

DETROIT – Oprah WInfrey was spotted in Michigan on Wednesday afternoon.

The iconic talk show host visited Grand Rapids on Wednesday to interview U.S. Rep. Justin Amash at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum.

It's unclear what the focus of the interview.

Earlier this week, Rep. Amash slammed President Trump's announcement on the war in Afghanistan. 

Amash is a high-ranking member of the House Freedom Caucus – a group that says it supports “open, accountable and limited government.”

Winfrey and Kraft Heinz Company on Wednesday unveiled a line of refrigerated comfort food called O, That's Good!

The dishes -- four soups and four sides -- are the first products to come out of the partnership, which was revealed earlier this year. The partners say they will land in grocery stores nationwide by the end of September.

The soups will retail for $4.99, the sides $4.49.
