Doctors told WOOD TV that the surgery went "very well" and said no skin graft was needed.

In June, Kopf's family said she was back to square one after an infection.

Kopf, 14-years-old at the time, was shot by Jason Brian Dalton during a five-hour shooting spree February 20 in between picking up fares as an Uber driver.

Six people were killed as Dalton fired from his car. Authorities said that he switched vehicles in the middle of the attack and continued to shoot victims.
