According to authorities, McWilliams pled no contest Monday, May 5, to second-degree criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a child at a relative’s home in 2018. Additionally, he pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2022.

He initially faced charges that included accosting a child for immoral purposes and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, but these charges appear to have been dropped in the plea agreement.

McWilliams is scheduled to be sentenced July 7.
