1 dead, 1 in critical condition after shooting on Detroit’s east side, police say

DETROIT – One man is dead, and another is in critical condition after a shooting on Detroit’s east side on Monday night, police said.

The shooting happened at around 11:40 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, in the 19400 block of Yonka, near Outer Drive and Conant.

The two men were shot by an unknown suspect during an altercation, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing.
