Kiara Bonam wants to know who did this to her cousin, and why.

"He wasn't a bad kid at all. He wasn't rowdy. He went to work and came home," Bonam said. "Every day he get up at the same time. So it had to be somebody who knew his routine or knew routine. Why is this happening? Why is there no protection?"

Police said they don't yet have a description of the car the gunmen were in or any other defining details about them.
