BRIGHTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The body of a 44-year-old man was found Saturday in a fire pit on Tim Avenue in Brighton Township, police said.
Paramedics found the body around 11:30 a.m. Saturday at a home on Tim Avenue near Woodland Shores Drive.
Police said the man was identified at the scene, but his identity hasn't been released.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the man's death, according to police.
Officials are continuing to investigate the incident.
