A missing 2-year-old from Muskegon has been found safe after police say she was taken by her father Monday afternoon.

Michigan State Police issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for 2-year-old Hailey Hunter-Rose Fargo on Monday, after police believed she was taken by her father, 47-year-old Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo, during an unsupervised visit to the foster home Hailey was living in.

The Mason County Sheriff's Office said they found Hailey Fargo at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday morning in Hillsdale, Michigan. Her father was taken into custody.

Mark Fargo was out on bond for a criminal sexual conduct charge and his trial was scheduled to start Tuesday.

In the press conference Tuesday, the prosecutor states that the CSC charge against Mark stems from allegations with a teenage girl and did not involved Hailey.
