DETROIT – Shadivia Keauslatyke Phillips has been bound over for trial on several charges for her alleged role in a fight which was captured on video at Detroit's Rouge Park
Phillips, 21, is one of two people taken into custody after the video of the fight made its way around social media. However, she is the only person facing charges.

The video shows two women fighting April 9 on the ground while crowds battle to record it and egg them on. One woman was stabbed.
Phillips was arrested and charged with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do great bodily harm and felonious assault. After hearing testimony Wednesday morning from a woman who was stabbed during the fight, Judge Lydia Nance-Adams decided to bind Phillips over to trial but lower her bond from $250,000 to $100,000, 10 percent. If released, she is to be on a tether and have no contact with the victim.
The video was reviewed in court Wednesday. The witness and prosecution said during a fight over a parking spot Phillips exited her vehicle that day armed with a knife. But the judge said the video didn't show any of this.
"The video really didn't show (the stabbing)," said Nance-Adams. "There was some conversation about stabbing motions, but when I looked closer I didn't see anything ... it seemed like to me with as many people you hit while using that (stabbing) motion, maybe you're just not a good fighter. You weren't connecting, or I didn't see any punctures. If you had a knife, I didn't see any puncture wounds or anything like that."
Despite the video not clearly showing the alleged stabbing, the judge said Phillips must have had intent to murder.
"When you come after someone with a knife and you make contact, the court feels there's probable cause on that," said Nance-Adams. "Therefore we're going to bind you over on the counts as indicated."
However, Nance-Adams took into consideration Phillips' pregnancy and her clean criminal history as she decided to lower bond. Her attorney argued for the lower bond because she said Phillips was not receiving the best care for her pregnancy while being housed at the Wayne County Jail.

Over a parking spot
Police said the fight started over a parking spot. One group of women was trying to pull into a space when the other group of women took the parking spot. Both groups got out of the cars and starting fighting.
"We have an issue out here with how to cope with our problems that we have," Detroit police Cmdr. Aric Tosqui said. "People arguing over a parking spot escalating to violence, it's ridiculous that people act that way."
The fight got even more serious when a woman pulled out a knife and started cutting people, including a 30-year-old woman. That woman was carried away and taken to the hospital.
Tosqui said recording video to help police is one thing, but what happened at Rouge Park was different.
"They're not recording to give video to police, they're recording because they found it to be entertaining," Tosqui said.
Police said they hope to see more people helping next time before they press record.
"I understand there are folks that don't want to get involved, but if you don't want to, then you shouldn't be egging people on," Tosqui said.
The woman who was stabbed is listed in stable condition. Police said she is expected to make a full recovery.
