Taylor man in serious condition after hit-and-run in apartment complex

TAYLOR, Mich. – A 33-year-old Taylor man is in serious condition after he was hit by a pickup truck in an apartment complex last week.

Police said the man was standing near a Ford Taurus in the Coppertree apartment complex when a red pickup truck hit the Taurus and him, and kept going.

Police describe the pickup as a possible older-model Dodge with tinted windows and faded paint. It could also have damage to the driver's side front end.
