A recent study by Forbes magazine lists the the top 10 rude things that you should never be caught doing at work.

1. Speak loudly on your cell phone while walking down the hallway.
2. Chew ice, slurp coffee or eat loudly in your cubicle or in a conference room.
3. Workout during your lunch break and go back to work without taking a shower.
4. Get into an argument on the phone and force your co-workers to listen.
5. Apply or remove nail polish while at your desk or in a meeting.
6. Try to engage one co-worker in a conversation focused on gossiping another co-worker.
7. Walk into a meeting late and ask the other in attendance to bring you up to speed on what you missed.
8. Ask your co-workers about their financial status, or talk about your own.
9. Invite a co-worker to lunch while ignoring other co-workers in your area.
10. Push your political or religious views on your co-workers.
