DETROIT – Today, the man accused of killing his father in a baseball bat attack is due back in court to learn if he'll stand trial for murder.
Tucker Cipriano, 19, is charged with murdering Bob Cipriano on April 16 in his Farmington Hills home.

The teen's mother, Rose, and 17-year-old brother, Sal, spent weeks in the hospital recovering.
Tucker Cipriano's friend, Mitchell Young, is also charged in the attack. Young has a court hearing Wednesday.
Attorneys are seeking separate trials for the two.
