DETROIT – A stretch of Interstate 96 near Joy Road has reopened after a fatal motorcycle crash closed the highway earlier Tuesday afternoon. However, eastbound I-96 remains closed at the Davison.
The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. and only involved the motorcyclist.
