ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Jim Harbaugh knows who Michigan football's starting quarterback will be when the Wolverines take the field Saturday against Hawaii.
But he's not telling just yet.
"We know who the starting quarterback will be," Harbaugh said Monday.
Junior Wilton Speight and redshirt junior John O'Korn are both considered candidates for the starting job.
Speight backed up Jake Rudock in 2015 and played a major role in the win over Minnesota -- completing three of six passes for 29 yards and the game-winning touchdown throw. The 6-foot-6 Virginia native has the edge in terms of arm strength -- throwing for nearly 6,000 yards his final two seasons in high school.

O'Korn transferred to Michigan after losing his starting position at the University of Houston in 2014. O'Korn completed 58.1 percent of his passes for 3,117 yards, 28 touchdowns and 10 picks as Houston's starter in 2013, but lost his job in 2014 after throwing eight interceptions in his first five games.
Harbaugh said the quarterbacks already know who the starter will be. He said he'll announce his decision to the public later this week.
