DETROIT – The Vegas Golden Knights have selected Red Wings forward Tomas Nosek to join their roster in the 2017 NHL expansion draft.
The Red Wings announced the selection on their Twitter page.

Nosek played 11 games for the Red Wings last season, scoring one goal. He scored 15 goals and picked up 26 assists in 51 games with the Grand Rapids Griffins.

Nosek was the only Red Wings player selected by the Golden Knights.
