Dolphins coach resigns after video appears to show him snorting cocaine while at work

Former Miami Dolphins offensive line coach Chris Foerster resigned Monday after video surfaced that apparently showed him snorting a white powdery substance while at work.

"I am resigning from my position with the Miami Dolphins and accept full responsibility for my actions," Foerster said in a statement. "I want to apologize to the organization and my sole focus is on getting the help that I need with the support of my family and medical professionals."

The video was originally posted on Facebook by a Las Vegas-based model. It apparently shows Foerster snorting three lines of the substance through a rolled-up $20 bill.

He begins the video saying, "Hey babe, miss you, thinking about you. How about me going to a meeting and doing this before I go?" before snorting the first line.

He snorts the second line and continues, "What do you think, I’m crazy? I know, babe. It’s gonna be a while before we can do this again, because I know you’re going to keep that baby. But I think about you when I do it. I think about how much I miss you, how high we got together. How much fun it was. So much fun."

Before snorting the last line, he says, "Last little bit, before I go to my meeting." He then licks some of the substance off his finger and uses an expletive referring to female genitalia.

It wasn't immediately clear how old the video was, where it originated from, or whether it was recorded while Foerster was with the Dolphins.

Foerster has worked for eight NFL teams over 24 seasons. He became offensive line coach for the Dolphins in 2016. He previously served as offensive coordinator for the Dolphins in 2004.
