DETROIT – Our first day of autumn felt more like the heart of summer, but that won’t last much longer.
Unseasonably mild temperatures will still be around Thursday night. Expect temperatures to stay in the low and mid-60s overnight, under mostly cloudy skies.
A cold front that will usher in more normal numbers for the remainder of the forecast. Friday will be spent under plenty of clouds, with a slight chance of a light sprinkle in the afternoon or evening. Highs will vary from the upper 60s in our North Zone, to the upper 70s our South Zone, but it looks like the 80s are gone.
The weekend will remain dry. Highs will be near 70 degrees with lows in the 50s. In fact, there won’t be much change in temperatures through our entire 10 Day Forecast.
What will change are our rain chances. Widespread showers will move back in by Monday and may stick around awhile.
