DETROIT – A few rounds of rain are still working into to parts of Metro Detroit early this morning with temps in the 50s.
Many of our northern counties may not see much in the way of rain, while those south of I-696 will see light rain making things slick and slow through mid morning. We could see showers linger through the lunch hour and then improving conditions through the afternoon as highs will try to bounce back into the range of 60 degrees. Winds will shift but not be strong SW turning NW 5-12 mph.
Friday starts foggy and then hazy sun to brilliant sun through the afternoon. It will be a touch cooler tomorrow but temps still staying well above normal as highs hit the mid 50s for most of SE Michigan and Southern Ontario.
It looks like a very nice and Spring-Like weekend. Get ready to Spring Forward before you go to bed Saturday night. Daylight Saving Time starts at 2am on Sunday. Saturday will be sun and dry to start with high clouds filling in through the afternoon and highs near 60 degrees. A few light showers sneak in early Sunday creating scattered showers during the morning and a pleasant Sunday afternoon with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s if we bust out the sun long enough. This is certainly possible. Before you head out, get the FREE Local4Casters Weather and Storm Pins apps free in your app store under WDIV.
