HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. – An ATM was left in the middle of Woodward Avenue after thieves smashed into a building and tried to steal the machine.
The machine was found in the road at a tax refund business in Highland Park on Manchester Street and Woodward Avenue.
No arrests have been confirmed.
