ANN ARBOR – At approximately 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Ann Arbor police officers responded to a report of a man fondling himself at County Farm Park on the 2200 block of Platt Road.
When they arrived on the scene, a female witness directed the officers to a picnic table where a 61-year-old man was lying face up on the table and actively fondling himself.

The Ann Arbor man refused to comply when an officer attempted to arrest him, pulling away from the officer and trying to break free. After a brief struggle, the officer was able to place him in handcuffs and take him into custody.
Officers said they could smell intoxicants on the man’s breath and found an open beer can next to the table. A breath test conducted upon arrival at the Ann Arbor Police Station revealed the man had a blood alcohol level of .210.
Upon further investigation, the officers learned the city of Ypsilanti had an active warrant for his arrest for indecent exposure. He was later transported to Washtenaw County Jail where he is lodged pending prosecutor review.
