ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Sports fans have put Tree Town on Airbnb’s list of top travel destinations in the U.S. for the winter and holiday season.
To put together its list, Airbnb looked at where users were planning to stay between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. The hospitality website compared search numbers from 2022 and 2023 to see the cities with saw the most growth.

Ann Arbor is joined on the list by other top college towns including Knoxville, Tennesse and Syracuse, New York.
It was a top trending destination for Airbnb’s short-term rentals in the fall of 2022, and hosts raked in more than $4 million in the fall of 2021.
