Trinity Ann Arbor hosting monthly series of free cooking classes

Oven roasted sweet potatoes with thyme and rosemary are an easy to prepare, delicious and healthy snack that contains lots of vitamins and serves as a natural energy booster (HausOnThePrairie, HausOnThePrairie)

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Learn how to amp up the flavor of plant-based meals with a series of virtual classes by Trinity Ann Arbor’s Lifestyle Medicine team.

Classes will go over essential skills, like cooking basics, using spices and herbs, making quick dinners, and incorporating more plants into everyday meals.

Community members can join for free on the second Wednesday of each month. Each hour-long class starts at 6:30 p.m.

Pre-registration is required and can be done here.
