ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Alcohol is thought to be a factor in the “unprovoked” assault of a 27-year-old man waiting at a bus stop in downtown Ann Arbor Monday night.
Police said Donald Dashner-Shipman, 30, aggressively approached the waiting man around 6:15 p.m. near the area Zina Pitcher Place and Ann Street.
