Don’t park on these Ann Arbor roads during Saturday’s football game

Cars will be towed if parked on restricted streets

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – If you’re going to the Wolverines spring football game on Saturday, or even just visiting friends near the Big House, you’ll want to keep reading.

Several streets near Michigan Stadium will have on-street parking restrictions from 8 a.m. to midnight. Drivers will also not be allowed to park in the Pioneer High School parking lot or the University of Michigan gray lot.

On social media, police urged caution as cars in restricted areas could be towed if parked during enforcement times.

Anyone with questions should call 734-794-6444 or visit the City of Ann Arbor’s parking website.

Restricted areas include:

  • Franklin Boulevard
  • Edgewood Avenue
  • W. Keech Ave.
  • Potter Avenue
  • Berkley Avenue
  • Snyder Avenue
  • Edgewood Place
  • Brown Street

Parks of certain roads will be closed to on-street parking including Dewey Avenue, Mckinley Avenue, Scio Church Road, South Division Street, South Fourth Avenue and South Main Street.
