ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Police were investigating after apartments were struck by gunfire on Thursday, May 16 in south Ann Arbor.
Officials said two apartments on the 3000 block of Valencia Circle were hit by bullets after receiving calls of shots fired around 9:45 p.m.

On social media, police said no injuries were reported. The shooting is not thought to be random and police said they were investigating leads.
“There is no place for gun violence and the AAPD treats such incidents with the highest priority,” officials wrote.
