Ann Arbor Pride kicks off Saturday with 150 vendors and lineup of performances

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – More than 150 vendors and a lineup of local and national performers will take over downtown Tree Town on Saturday during the annual Ann Arbor Pride.

From noon to 9 p.m., the free event will have dancing, singing, live music and drag performances spread over two stages at the Main and Liberty intersection.

Family-friendly drag story time will be held at 1 p.m. at the Ann Arbor District Library with host Avalisa and at 2 p.m. at Avalon Bakery with Jadein Black and Miss F.

Saturday’s headlining performance at 7 p.m. will be by RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 winner Sasha Colby.

The event will also be joined by 2024 NYC Pride Parade Grand Marshall Baddie Brooks and her band.

This year’s lineup includes entertainment by:

  • Sam Tolson
  • Unveiled Bellydancers
  • Kin Curren and Drew De Four
  • Acoustic Ash
  • Avalisa
  • Jadein Black

Celebrations will continue on Sunday with a Drag Brunch and show with performances by artists Jadein Black, Maxi Chanel and Avalisa. The brunch will benefit Ann Arbor Pride organizer, the Jim Toy Community Center, and will be held at The Kensington Hotel, at 3500 S. State St, between noon and 3 p.m. Tickets cost $45 and can be bought online here.
