Thursday was a huge night for 40 professionals under the age of 40 throughout Metro Detroit.
Each year, the Michigan Chronicle celebrates 40 professionals who inspired others through vision and leadership, exceptional achievements and community service participation.
The recognized professionals represent many industries and are business leaders, community activists, philanthropists, entrepreneurs and educators. They were selected from hundreds of nominees.
WDIV Local 4 is honored to congratulate reporter Larry Spruill, who was honored in Thursday’s virtual ceremony.
Spruill was nominated because of his extensive coverage during the George Floyd Protests in the summer of 2020 as well as his reporting on how Black Americans were affected during the coronavirus.
Congratulations to Larry Spruill and the rest of the honorees.
