Striking a balance between work and home life was already difficult, and that was before many women had to juggle more childcare, and even teaching. In fact, with the increase in working from home due to the pandemic, over 3 MILLION women have left the workforce over the past year.
Nick Monacelli reveals the tactic one local company is using to help fight that trend.
