DETROIT – Feet on the Street Tours led a walking tour through Eastern Market Saturday highlighting the new murals and wall art.
The new public art was created by Inner State Gallery, 1xRUN and the Eastern Market Corporation.
Nithya Kubendran recently moved to Royal Oak from California and joined the walking tour Saturday. "Since I just moved here, I wanted a way to find out more about the city and everyone always talks about Eastern Market," said Kubendran. "I just wanted to come here and learn more about the art and the history of the area."
