Los Angeles, Calif. – Ticket re-seller StubHub is not gaining fans on social media after a man claimed the company reneged on his basketball ticket purchase, and his story has gone viral.
The fan, Jesse Sandler, says he purchased four tickets to watch the L.A. Lakers play the Utah Jazz at Los Angeles’ last home game of this season on April 13, 2016, for $195 each.

Kobe Bryant announced his retirement three weeks after the tickets were purchased.
Around that same time ticket prices went up nearly 1,000 percent making the tickets worth $1,500 each.
He says stub hub emailed him stating the tickets were sold at too low of a price, voided the sale, and issued a refund.
StubHub says they admit it was wrong to do and will work to get that fan to the game.
