DETROIT – The residents of one Detroit neighborhood are frustrated with the trash.
They said they don’t know who is responsible for the illegal dumping. While illegal dumping is a problem all over the city of Detroit, it’s been an uphill battle to get it to stop.
Neighbors said they are pretty sure they know who the culprits are.
