LIVONIA, Mich. – Bookstock, Metro Detroit’s biggest used book and media sale, starts this Sunday, April 7, at Laurel Park Place in Livonia.
Hundreds of thousands of gently-used books in every genre from mystery to children’s books to cookbooks will be available, some priced as low as $1. The supply of books is replenished throughout the week, so there is always fresh stock. Proceeds benefit local literacy and education projects, and the organization has raised more than $2 million over the past twenty years.
To celebrate Bookstock’s 20th anniversary, we’re giving 20 lucky people $20 worth of Bookstock Bucks to spend at the sale.
