DETROIT – Russian super villain Ivan Drago could be returning to the Rocky series.
Ivan Drago, the main villain in Rocky IV, looks to be a part of the "Creed" sequel, according to social media posts by Sylvester Stallone.

Drago, in Rocky IV, kills Apollo Creed during a boxing match.
Earlier this month, Stallone posted a photo of Creed in the ring with Drago (photoshopped) with the caption:"History always repeats itself in one form or another."
Stallone also posted what looked to be notes for the sequel.
Creed 2 is slated to be released in 2018.
