You can get married at this year’s Royal Oak Pride festival

ROYAL OAK, Mich. – You don’t have to head to a chapel to get hitched this summer -- you can do it at Royal Oak Pride instead!

The city of Royal Oak is celebrating Pride from July 26-27, and it will be two days of fun, live music, fantastic food and fabulous drag queens. The best part is that you can even tie the know at this year’s festival.

It doesn’t matter if you want to get married, or you want to renew your vows, couples will gather on Friday, July 16 at 6 p.m. at Royal Oak Pride to celebrate all things love!

It costs $25 for each couple to get married or renew their vows, and couples will get to do it surrounded by tons of people who also believe that love is love. If you’re interested in getting married at Royal Oak Pride, you can find more information by clicking or tapping here.

Besides getting married at Pride, there are a bunch of different activities and entertainment happening all weekend.

The best part is that the festival will be headlined by “RuPaul’s Drag Race” stars Bianca Del Rio and Roxxxy Andrews. Biana Del Rio was the winner for season 6, and Roxxxy Andrews was a runner-up on season 5 and “All Stars” season 2. Andrews is currently competing on the new season of “All Stars” for the second time.
