The Ford Piquette Plant, located on Piquette Ave in Detroit, is the birthplace of the Model T.
It is where the first 12,000 Model T's were built.
The Ford Piquette plant is the only remaining preserved historic auto factory.
It is the site where the moving assembly line was born.
The factory is over 67,000 square feet between 3 levels.
It was first building owned by the Ford Motor Company.
Here is where Ford set the world record for car production.
