SOUTH LYON, Mich. – The Oakland County Health Division is warning customers and workers about a possible measles exposure at a restaurant in South Lyon.
Health officials said a non-Oakland County resident who was contagious but without symptoms visited Lucas Coney Island between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sept. 29.
Lucas Coney Island is located at 22689 Pontiac Trail.
Customers who visited the restaurant during that timeframe and weren't vaccinated should call a doctor if they have any symptoms of measles, health officials said.

Officials said no post-exposure prophylaxis is recommended, since the window for prevention has passed.
Individuals considered immune to measles:
- People who have doses of Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccines after their first birthday.
- People who were born prior to 1957.
- People with lab evidence of immunity
