It’s perfect weather for a steaming hot cup of hot chocolate and a bakery in Plymouth has marshmallows that are a national food award finalist to pair with it. The Blu Kitchen in Plymouth originally started as a place to find delicious macaroons, inspired by owner Adina St. John’s desire to recreate the treat her husband enjoyed during a business trip to France. Now, The Blu Kitchen offers various flavors of macaroons, hot chocolate mixes, and homemade marshmallows that are a top five finalist in The Good Food Award.
