Learn how to be a Boss Lady at home and at work from a 90′s sitcom star

This star shares how she is keeping her family’s physical and mental health in-check

This actor, producer, host, and entrepreneur has captivated audiences for more than 20 years. You most likely remember her from her TV appearances in shows like “Sister, Sister.” Now, she has an even bigger job: To tackle being a mom.

“Live in the D” host Tati Amare chatted with Tamera Mowry-Housley about what it takes to be a Boss Lady at home and on the job.

Tamera is all about people around her being healthy and during the pandemic, she realized that wasn’t always possible. But, something she always turned to for help is telehealth. She explained how having doctors at your fingertips is not only helpful for your physical health but for your mental health too.

This twin is also pushing her career to the next level in her current projects. Tamera is producing and starring in Christmas films on the Hallmark Channel, preparing to host a baking show on Hulu, and she is the new host of the ”Home And Family” show on the Hallmark Channel. She is also a rising YouTube star with her family’s channel, “The Housley Life”.
