There’s nothing quite like the bond between a mother and her child, and a Metro Detroit photographer is showcasing that special connection with her stunning photographs.
Beth Cataldo is the photographer behind the lens of Sunbeam Photography in Milford. Beth appeared on “Live In The D” to talk with host Jason Carr about what goes into capturing these special moments on camera.
Beth said she is able to capture the personalities of families in portraits by making sure that people are comfortable, relaxed and can have fun. Beth also highlighted using nature and Michigan’s beauty to create backdrops for photographs. Some of her pictures have backgrounds that feature blooming trees and local parks. Beth said sometimes it’s the sun coming through in photos that makes them the most beautiful. Watch the video above to see some of the portraits Beth has taken.
