Spa Kalahari at Kalahari Resorts in Sandusky has body treatments, massages, manicures, and pedicures. They recently remodeled the whole space to have a modern, relaxed vibe. The massage chairs for their pedicure stations are all brand new, as is their Dry Sauna.
Another service offered is the Halotherapy Salt Room. It uses a halogenerator to vaporize salt into the air so it can be breathed in. You get to relax on a lounge chair in a Kalahari while the lights are dimmed down and calming music plays.
Kalahari recommends you arrive 15-20 minutes before any service so you can get a drink and sit in their relaxation lounge before your appointment.
Besides the spa, they also have a 21 and older indoor/outdoor hot tub with a swim-up bar for the parents to enjoy as well, and of course, families can spend time at the waterpark also.
