There’s a new store in town that’s all about cookware. The Louis Mart, located in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood, offers all types of cookware from pots and pans to bake ware at a reasonable cost.
“Everybody cooks, so why should it be so expensive,” Nik Renee Cole, store manager for Louis Mart told “Live In The D” host Tati Amare.
The Louis Mart is not only located in the heart of Detroit, the store has a community based mission. Nik says they have fundraisers and have donated to different charities in the city, including donating proceeds to a food pantry during the month of June.
The store also has a variety of gift sets and unique items.
