When it comes to entertainment, there are plenty of new things to watch in theaters or at home on your TV.
If you’re a fan of the obscure, there’s a new Wes Anderson movie out with an ensemble cast that includes everyone from Tom Hanks to Scarlett Johansson to Steve Carrell. It’s called “Asteroid City” and it looks like something from the 1950s. It’s all about contact from another planet and how that disrupts a convention for Junior Stargazers.
Also in theaters this weekend is “The Blackening”. This is a comedy/horror movie that follows a group of friends into a cabin in the woods and they all end up in situations where they have to fight to survive.
Finally, there’s a new show on Apple TV+ starring Tom Holland called “The Crowded Room”. This is a heavy mystery set in the 1970s that surrounds a murder and whether or not investigators have the right person.
Movie reviewer Greg Russell had a chance to speak to Tom Holland, and stars of all the other films. Click the video above to see the full interview.
